1. Uninstall, then re-install the Selfhelpworks app

2. Make sure you are using the email address that appears in your Selfhelpworks member profile 

3. If you are taking this course through your wellness provider, you will use a mobile code (get your unique mobile code on your Selfhelpworks member profile page)
